Top up a FunPass in five steps

Choose the card, confirm the amount, take payment, then wait for Payment Successful.

Before you start, sign in to the terminal with your operator wristband or operator code. Select the location you are working at, then open Top Up from Home.

This walkthrough covers an existing FunPass. For a new card, use the New Fun Pass Card path in step 1.

  1. Open Top Up. From Home, tap Top Up. This guide shows how to add credits to an existing FunPass.
  2. Tap or scan the FunPass. Ask the visitor to tap their FunPass. Or scan its barcode or app QR code with a Zebra side button.
  3. Choose the top-up. Check the card details and balance. Choose an available top-up option, then adjust the quantity if needed.
  4. Review and pay. Review the selected top-up and total. Tap Proceed to Payment, then choose one of the payment methods shown on the terminal.
  5. Finish on success. Wait for Payment Successful. Check the receipt summary, then tap Done before serving the next visitor.

Choose the card

From Home, tap Top Up. Then choose whether the visitor has an existing card or needs a new one.

  • Choose Existing Fun Pass Card when the visitor already has one.
  • Choose New Fun Pass Card when the visitor needs a card.
  • Check any card fee shown on the terminal before continuing.

Tap or scan the card

Tap the FunPass on the reader, or press a yellow side button to scan its barcode or app QR code.

  • Tap the physical FunPass card on the reader, or scan its code.
  • Wait for the terminal to find the card.
  • Confirm the FunPass ID and balance before adding credits.

Choose the credits

Choose one of the top-up options configured for this location, then adjust the quantity if needed.

  • Select the top-up requested by the visitor.
  • Check the quantity, current balance and top-up total.
  • Tap Proceed to Payment only after the visitor confirms the amount.

Take payment

Check the total, tap Proceed to Payment, then choose a payment method shown on the terminal.

  • Choose Tap To Pay for a bank card or phone.
  • Choose Cash and enter the amount tendered for a cash payment.
  • A FunPass cannot be used to pay for another FunPass top-up.
05Step 05 of 05

Finish on success

Keep the card at the terminal until the green Payment Successful screen appears.

  • Read the Payment Successful message before handing the card back.
  • Check the credits, payment method, fees and total on the invoice.
  • Tap Done to return the terminal to the next transaction.
