ICC Sydney · AMDA Foundation

Ludo delivered the official conference app for Indo-Pacific 2025, one of the Asia-Pacific region's premier international defence and security expositions, hosted at ICC Sydney and organised by the AMDA Foundation.
Full session schedule with multi-attribute filtering, access levels, tags, and bookmarks across a multi-day programme.
Searchable speaker directory with bios, photos, and linked sessions. Attendees build personalised agendas before arriving.
Mappedin-powered wayfinding across ICC Sydney's multi-level exhibition and conference spaces.
Protected QR badge credentials rotate every 30 seconds with granular access levels for restricted sessions and exhibition areas.
Every badge can carry a protected QR credential that rotates every 30 seconds, so door teams validate live attendee access instead of a static screenshot.
Tickets, session permissions, and wallet features sit inside the same branded app. Attendees scan in, navigate, save sessions, and pay without switching systems.
Everything you need to know about running Ludo at your conference.
Yes. Every conference or expo gets a fully branded app: your logo, colours, content, and structure. The app is published under your brand, not ours. Attendees see your identity throughout the experience.
The schedule supports multi-attribute filtering, so attendees can browse by track, tag, speaker, access level, or time. Sessions can be bookmarked, exported to personal calendars, and updated in real time. If a session moves or is cancelled, attendees with it bookmarked get a push notification immediately.
Indoor wayfinding is powered by Mappedin, the same technology used by major shopping centres and airports. Attendees get turn-by-turn navigation across floors and buildings, with points of interest for sessions, exhibitors, food, and amenities. This significantly reduces "where is..." queries to your support staff.
Every conference badge can carry a protected QR credential that rotates every 30 seconds. Attendees scan at session doors and restricted areas for real-time access validation. Because the code updates automatically, a photograph of someone else's badge cannot be reused. Access permissions, session capacity, and scan logs flow into the same ops dashboard as everything else.
Delegates, visitors, and exhibitors can pay at food outlets, bars, merchandise stands, and activations through one terminal flow. Ludo supports tap-to-pay cards, mobile wallets, badge-linked spend, and visitor wallet features where the venue or event needs them.
Revenue splits are applied per transaction in real time. Each vendor, caterer, and exhibitor sees their own live dashboard with earnings by day. Closeout reporting is deterministic, with consistent totals across all stakeholders and exportable reports for finance teams.
