One app replaces four vendors
Every conference cobbles together a separate schedule app, a mapping vendor, a badge system, and sponsor reporting, then reconciles across all four after the event. One platform replaces the patchwork. Attendees get a single branded app. Organisers get one dashboard.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about running Ludo at your conference.
Can we customise the app to our event brand?+
Yes. Every conference gets a fully branded app: your logo, colours, content, and structure. The app is published under your brand, not ours. Attendees see your event identity throughout the experience.
How does session scheduling work?+
The schedule supports multi-attribute filtering, so attendees can browse by track, tag, speaker, access level, or time. Sessions can be bookmarked, exported to personal calendars, and updated in real time. If a session moves or is cancelled, attendees with it bookmarked get a push notification immediately.
What mapping capabilities are included?+
Indoor wayfinding is powered by Mappedin, the same technology used by major shopping centres and airports. Attendees get turn-by-turn navigation across floors and buildings, with points of interest for sessions, exhibitors, food, and amenities. This significantly reduces "where is..." queries to your support staff.
How do access levels work?+
Every conference badge carries a dynamic QR code that changes on a timed cycle. Attendees scan at session doors and restricted areas for real-time access validation. Because the code updates automatically, a photograph of someone else's badge cannot be reused. Access permissions, session capacity, and scan logs flow into the same ops dashboard as everything else.
Does the platform support cashless payments?+
Attendees use NFC badges, wristbands, or their mobile wallet to pay at food outlets, bars, merchandise stands, and activations. One terminal type handles all payment methods: tap-to-pay cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and closed-loop event credits. Transactions are fast enough that session break queues move quickly.
How do multi-day conferences handle settlement across vendors?+
Revenue splits are applied per transaction in real time. Each vendor, caterer, and exhibitor sees their own live dashboard with earnings by day. End-of-event reporting is deterministic, with consistent totals across all stakeholders and exportable reports for finance teams.
