This Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of the Ludo Leisure Suite, including websites, applications, APIs, dashboards, terminals, kiosks, integrations, and support channels.
1. Lawful use
Users must use Ludo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable event terms, customer agreements, payment partner rules, and our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited conduct
Users must not use Ludo to:
- commit fraud, launder money, evade sanctions, or facilitate unlawful transactions;
- harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate another person;
- submit false identity, payment, settlement, or support information;
- interfere with an event, venue, vendor, or visitor experience;
- attempt to bypass wallet limits, refund windows, access controls, or fraud checks.
3. Platform security
Users must not:
- probe, scan, or test Ludo systems without written permission;
- attempt to access accounts, wallets, data, APIs, or devices without authorisation;
- upload malware, exploit code, or content designed to disrupt systems;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or copy Ludo systems except where law permits it.
4. Content and integrations
Customers and integration partners are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of content, catalogues, images, offers, maps, schedules, vendor data, and customer-provided integrations they supply to Ludo.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend access, freeze wallets, block integrations, remove content, decline transactions, or notify an event organiser, payment partner, regulator, or law enforcement agency where we reasonably suspect a breach of this policy.
