Authorised Clover reseller

Clover, deployed by the team that runs event floors.

Ludo is an authorised Clover reseller. We supply the hardware, quote the rates, image the fleet, and stand behind it during the event. Station Duo on the permanent counters, Mini on the stalls, Flex in the queues, Kiosk where visitors serve themselves.

The lineup

Four devices. One settlement view.

Every Clover device we deploy reports into the same Ludo settlement and live ops dashboard. Pick the format per counter, not per compromise.

  • Quick service food outlets
Clover Flex handheld POS terminal

The counter that walks the queue.

Clover Kiosk self-ordering unit

Self-service that shortens the queue.

Clover Kiosk

A self-ordering kiosk with a large touchscreen, integrated payment terminal, and printer. Visitors order and pay themselves, staff keep making food, and the queue keeps moving.

Why Clover through Ludo

Terminals are the easy part. The event is the hard part.

Anyone can post you a terminal. We plan the counters, image the fleet, brief the vendors, and hold the settlement view together when 500+ devices trade at once.

Priced for the surcharge-free era

eftpos, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express have announced no-surcharge rules from 1 October 2026. We quote one written rate built for that world, with least-cost routing working underneath to keep the base cost down.

Fast settlement

Card takings settle fast so event cash flow works like event operations: daily, visible, and reconciled while the show is still running.

Fraud protection built in

EMV, tokenisation, and monitored acquiring reduce chargeback exposure at exactly the kind of high-volume, short-window trading an event represents.

Reporting that reconciles

Every Clover sale lands in the same Ludo settlement view as wallet spend, so finance closes the day against one report instead of five exports.

Local support, event hours

The team that configures the fleet is the team on the radio during the event. Support runs on event hours, not office hours.

Connectivity that holds

Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and cellular paths are planned per site during rollout, because a terminal that cannot reach the acquirer is just a paperweight with a screen.

The software story

One system. Every counter.

Orders, sales, stock, and payments live in one cloud-backed system. Checkouts stay fast, ordering stays flexible, and the numbers land in reporting you can read from the office, the ute, or the couch.

Every way to pay

Tap, dip, and swipe at the counter. Pay-by-link from the office. Phone orders through the virtual terminal.

Stock that stays honest

Track inventory and product levels as they sell, and stay ahead of the reorder instead of behind the sell-out.

Read the day from anywhere

Sales, staff, and outlet performance in the Clover dashboard, wherever you are standing when you need it.

Trade through the dropouts

Offline payment capability keeps the queue moving through network drops, and sales sync when the connection returns.

Plays well with others.

The Clover App Market covers the tools venues already run: loyalty, rostering, payroll, gift cards, delivery platforms, and online ordering. And the Ludo side plugs in wallet, settlement, and live ops.

Human support.

From setup to show day, the people who configured your fleet are the people who answer. Support runs on event hours, and it has walked a showground before.

Every corner of the venue

Built for how a show day actually trades.

The same fleet flexes across every counter type a venue runs. Pick the plan and the device per outlet, keep one settlement view across all of them.

  • Menu and stock synced across outlets

FAQ

Straight answers on Clover.

The questions venue teams actually ask before putting Clover on the counter.

Is Ludo an authorised Clover reseller?

Yes. Ludo supplies, configures, and supports Clover devices in Australia as an authorised reseller and independent sales organisation of Fiserv. Hardware, payment setup, and venue rollout sit with one team and one support line, and the merchant agreement for card acceptance is issued by the acquirer.

Which Clover devices does Ludo deploy?

Station Duo for permanent counters, Mini for stall and concession counters, Flex for queues and table service, and Kiosk for self-ordering. We quote the mix per venue rather than pushing one box.

Do Clover terminals work with the Ludo wallet and settlement?

Yes. Clover card sales land in the same Ludo settlement and live ops dashboard as wallet spend, so vendors and finance reconcile one view across the whole fleet.

What payment types do Clover devices accept?

Tap, chip dip, and swipe across the major schemes, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, eftpos, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
